Questions Before You Reach Out

  • Start with whatever feels true, not whatever feels biggest. The book is a beautiful entry point if you want to go at your own pace. Before You Burn the Sage (free) is even gentler. And if you already know you want someone in your corner, a discovery call costs nothing but honesty.

  • Please. The unpolished ones are the ones that change lives. You don't need a success story or a business to promote. You just need to be willing to be real about where you are, even if you are still figuring it out.

  • My signature talks center on alignment over achievement, emotional alchemy, and the hidden cost of capability. I also speak on healing modalities with discernment (the Before You Burn the Sage framework) and on using AI to write your story. I'm open to custom topics for the right stage. Tell me about your event, and we'll explore what fits.

  • Yes. You don't need a reason wrapped in a bow. If something I wrote or said made you feel less alone, that's reason enough to reach out. I'm not a therapist, and I won't pretend to be, but I will hold what you share with care, and if I can point you toward the right support, I will.

  • Absolutely. Private sessions are virtual, so geography doesn't limit us. The Write Your Story in a Day workshop is currently in-person in Hawai'i, but I'm exploring virtual and retreat formats. Join the email list to hear about new offerings first.
